HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont know wether this is the computer doing this or apo. When i upload the picture onto deviant it comes out so much different then when you enlarge it. Then the background is always white even though i make it black.

PLEASE HELP ME ANYONE!!!!!!!
